How much will shipping cost?

All orders are processed with Aramex and sent tracked with signature required. 

Shipping costs range from $7.50 – $9 NZD nationwide.

Where Do We Ship?

Currently, we only ship in New Zealand.

Incorrect Order

If you have received the wrong product then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange the correct product to be sent to you.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email kiaora@fernaxe.co.nz email us within 48 hours of receiving your order explaining the situation, including a photo of the fault. if we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge.

Although we aim to ensure your products arrive to you safely, we cannot guarantee this once we hand over the parcel for shipping. 

Refunds or exchanges

Currently we don’t accept refunds or exchanges, If you would like to cancel or change your order please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Changes and cancellations can only be made prior to shipping. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
